Frequently asked questions
What is SantaPixy?
A personalized video maker with ready-made templates. You pick a character and scene, type a name, and we create a short video where the character says that name. No prompts, no editing, no AI skills.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. You only type a first name — or your own short message. The characters and scenes are already prepared.
How long does it take?
Usually about a minute. You will get an email the moment your video is ready, and it also appears in your dashboard.
How does pricing work?
Top up your account with any amount from $1. Every video costs 1 credit. $1 gives 2, $5 gives 12, $10 gives 25, $20 gives 52, $50 gives 140. Prices plus applicable tax. No subscription, ever.
Do my credits expire?
Unused credits stay in your account for 3 years, so you can use them next Christmas too.
What can I write in a custom message?
Any warm, family-friendly greeting up to 110 characters. Our filter blocks profanity, adult content, hate and links — and it checks before a credit is used, so you never lose a credit on a rejected message.
What if something goes wrong?
If a video fails to generate, we retry automatically. If it still fails, your credit is returned automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be returned within 14 days of purchase — just email us. Credits already used for a video can’t be refunded, because the video is made for you right away.
How long are videos stored?
Your videos stay in your dashboard for 90 days. Download them anytime.
Are there templates for birthdays or other occasions?
Yes — there are birthday and Christmas templates, and more occasions are coming. Your credits work for all of them.
Is there an app?
An Android app is on its way, using the same account, credits and videos.
Make someone smile this Christmas
It takes less time than writing a card — and costs less too.
